PPC Manager and analyst

Resource aspects of the role:

      • Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads
      • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, budgets and other important metrics
      • Execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structure, targeting, display network, and other areas of paid search in order to meet business goals
      • Building out all types of campaigns, YouTube, shopping, DSA, remarketing and more
      • Continuously work on improving the accounts quality score through ad copy, keyword optimisation and landing pages
      • Understand e-commerce and create shopping campaigns, dynamic remarketing campaigns and merchant centre accounts
      • Provide insights, manage, and create monthly client reporting
      • Keep up to date with the latest PPC industry trends
      • Work closely with the other team members to meet business needs
      • Provide insights, manage, and create monthly client reporting
      • Develop and execute successful SEO technical strategies
      • Deep understanding of Google’s guidelines
      • Must be able to produce ‘’out of the box’’ strategies
      • Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects  
      • Provide recommendations and strategies for continued SEO campaign improvement for clients and potential clients
      • Perform SEO audits regularly for potential SEO clients
      • Manage high-quality reporting and communicate performance and insights
      • Stay current on the latest industry trends, best practices, and search algorithm updates
      • Respond to SEO client requests accurately and in a timely fashion
      • Complete account-related tasks as assigned by your manager within the given time frame
      • Proficient in google sheets and excel
      • Excellent spelling and grammar is a must

Education requirements:

      • Google Ads Certified
      • Search 360 experience is beneficial
      • Deep understanding of Bid / Budget management
      • In-depth understanding of Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google
      • Analytics, and Google Ads editor
      • HTML
      • Javascript
      • Screaming Frog Technical Audits
      • Various SEO Ranking Software

Mid-weight Graphic Designer

      • Assist in the development of new campaigns, brainstorming, and execution
      • Possess strong conceptual skills, a high-level sense of design, layout, and typography, and a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions
      • Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record-keeping and referencing
      • Sound experience in print, digital, and motion design work.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Strong and confident presentational skills
      • Creation of presentation and mock-ups to present ideas/executions for approval
      • Sound understanding of time management and its impact on profitability
      • Must be productive, flexible, and team-oriented
      • Integrating executive and stakeholder feedback into the final designs
      • Run with projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
      • Liaise with external printers for printing jobs
      • Initiate and manage multiple brands/clients and projects in a fast-paced environment
      • Mentor and teach design interns – you will be their go-to for feedback, briefs, and training
      • Self-manage and work on multiple responsibilities and assignments simultaneously under strict deadlines
      • Extract and distill required information from clients – in order to supply to them exactly what they are needing, even if they aren’t able to articulate those needs well
      • Make sound recommendations to clients – to address pain points, and improve their businesses
      • Dedication and commitment to your craft to produce the best outcome possible
      • Learn and follow internal processes and software
      • Maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
      • Excellent team player with collaborative nature and positive outlook on Brand Candy and the industry itself

Education requirements:

      • Graphic Design qualification (Degree/Diploma)
      • 3+ years of print, digital, web and/or interactive graphic design experience (agency experience preferred)
      • Great knowledge and experience in Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
      • MailChimp experience advantageous
      • UI/UX experience advantageous
      • WordPress experience advantageous
