Terms and conditions

1. The promoter is: Brand Candy Ltd, whose registered office is at Block D, The Colony Centre, 50 Old Main Road, Hillcrest.
2. The promotion awards interested parties lucky-draw prizes and discounts as specified on the website landing page. These prizes and discounts are awarded at random to three individuals per daily promotion, as specified on the website landing page.
3. By participating in this promotion, an individual is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. This promotion is being run via Instagram and the Brand Candy website.
5. The promotion will run from 8:00 AM on 13 December to 12:00 AM on 24 December 2020. After this time, the promotional prizes and discounts will no longer apply.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for enquiries not received for whatever reason.

The rules of the promotion and how to benefit are as follows:

1. Parties need to click on the link in our Instagram bio, navigate to the website landing page, and fill in the online form to enter the lucky draw each day.
2. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Brand Candy will notify relevant parties of any changes to the promotion as soon as possible.
3. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate details about the promotion supplied by any third party connected with this promotion.

The prizes and discounts are as follows:

1. The prizes and discounts are as stated on the promotion website landing page, and no cash or other discount alternatives will be offered. The discount is not transferable. Recipients of the discount are only granted three revisions of their awarded or discounted marketing materials, with an estimated lead time of 3 weeks.
2. The promoter will contact interested parties to finalise promotion details.
3. Winning parties will be notified in January 2021, and will be advised on the prize collection or discount redemption process. Parties may need to collect physical prizes from the promoter’s premises.
4. Parties notified that they have won a prize or are eligible for a discount are required to claim or make use of their prize or discount before 28 February 2021 in order to receive the prize or discount. Any prices indicated do not include VAT.
5. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
7. Taking part in the promotion will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
8. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other social network.
