Instead of chaotically sending them all to your website, why not send your newsletter out in four batches, 20 minutes apart? This gives the peeps on the other side a chance to manage the process, preventing potential mishaps.

Other features include personalising the “to” field or perhaps even activating replies. Feedback is never a bad thing. This is especially true when there’s an angry someone on the other side whose delivery was scheduled for 08.00 and it’s 08.02 …
