Making sure a brand’s marketing objectives are reached each month takes a certain kind of dedication and passion that’s, to be honest, pretty hard to come by these days. Bringing your brand’s marketing objectives to fruition takes careful observation and analysis of ongoing marketing strategies and campaigns. Our Project Coordinators don’t just take on a client brief, but nurture and prioritise it, carrying it through each phase of the studio to ensure the completed project meets (and even surpasses) the company’s objectives.

What you can expect from our PCO service:

  • Regular meetings and communication to discuss briefs and client feedback.
  • Availability through phone call, email or Skype to address any project-related concerns.
  • Presentations on proposed brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Efficient reporting on the progress of campaigns, and advising on campaign adjustments or termination.
  • Checking of project outcomes to ensure briefs are met.
  • Communication with the resource departments (Graphic Design, Copywriting, Web Development, Social Media Management and Google Advertising) on behalf of the client.
  • Communication of any brief-related concerns on behalf of the studio resource departments.
  • Delivery of briefs within their deadlines.
