What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience across both organic and paid digital platforms, who’s ready to take ownership of campaigns, contribute strategically, and deliver measurable results for clients.
You’ll work across a variety of industries, managing digital campaigns from setup through to optimisation and reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with account managers, creatives, and strategists to ensure campaigns perform effectively and align with each client’s business goals.
What you need to know:
- You’ll be working across both paid and organic digital channels, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn and email platforms.
- You should be comfortable managing campaigns end-to-end, from setup and optimisation through to reporting and insights.
- You’ll need a strong understanding of how digital performance ties back to business objectives and client goals.
- A good grasp of email campaigns and automations.
- You should be confident reviewing and optimising social content before it goes live, including:
- Checking spelling and grammar
- Ensuring links are correct and functional
- Confirming imagery is relevant, on-brand and appropriate
- You need an understanding of SEO, including keyword strategy and content optimisation.
- You should be comfortable analysing performance data using GA4 and translating insights into actions.
- You’ll need to stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and digital best practices.
- Experience scheduling and managing social content across multiple platforms is essential.
- You should be confident working across multiple clients and projects, while maintaining high attention to detail.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in social or digital marketing is expected.
- A genuine interest in social media and its role in connecting brands with audiences is important.
